Previously a neighborhood shoe shop, this stand alone brick building has so much character.
Event space for wedding showers, small receptions, retirement celebrations, birthday parties, baby showers, business meetings, vendor shows, etc. Walking in the front door, complete with keypad access, you will see the large main space featuring a 70 in TV equipped with Bluetooth and sound system.
This space also includes couches, bar height tables, and stools. All furniture is easily moved to accommodate various space uses. Stainless steel fridge with ice maker, air fryer, commercial size BUN coffee maker, hot plate, bartender's tools are included as well.
A ceiling to floor tiled, newly remodeled, bathroom is on site. The back of the building hosts a bedroom with king sized bed, sink/vanity, and a barn door for privacy.
