All reservations must be made through our official website or by contacting us directly.

A valid payment method is required to confirm your booking.

Rates are clearly listed on our website. Additional charges may apply for extra services or extended stays.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the booking date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations within 7 days may result in a partial refund or credit toward future bookings.

No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

3. Use of Event Space

Event space is rented for the agreed hours only. Additional time may incur extra charges.

Guests are responsible for their own setup and cleanup unless otherwise arranged.

Decorations are welcome, but no nails, permanent adhesives, or open flames may be used.

Noise levels must comply with local ordinances.

4. House Rentals

Check-in and check-out times will be provided with your reservation details.

All homes are family-owned and located on St. Mary’s Avenue, Fort Wayne.

Renters are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition.

Smoking is not permitted inside the homes.

Pets may be allowed only in designated properties with prior approval.

5. Damage & Liability

Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the property during their stay.

Putnam Place is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

By booking, guests agree to use the property at their own risk.

6. Safety & Compliance

Guests must comply with all city, state, and federal laws while on the property.

Illegal activities, including underage drinking or drug use, are strictly prohibited.

Fire exits and safety equipment must remain unobstructed at all times.

7. Changes to Terms
